Summary
This study tests if two drugs, revumenib and mezigdomide, are safe for people with acute leukemias that have returned or not responded to prior therapy. It includes patients aged 12 and older with specific genetic subtypes (KMT2A-r, NUP98-r, NPM1-m). The goal is to find the best dose and check for side effects.
