Summary
This early-stage study tests whether adding a new drug called revumenib to two standard chemotherapy drugs is safe for children and young adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has not responded to treatment or has returned. The study involves 24 participants and aims to find the best dose of the three-drug combination.
