Summary
This study looks at whether lower doses of the chemotherapy drug CPX-351 can help older patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) that have come back or not responded to other treatments. The goal is to control the disease while being gentler on the body. About 13 participants are involved, and the main focus is on how many patients see their cancer shrink or disappear.
