Summary
This study tests whether a program that includes guidelines, feedback, and education can help doctors use less vancomycin (a strong antibiotic) in children with suspected sepsis in intensive care units. The goal is to reduce side effects like kidney damage while still treating infections effectively. About 52,500 children and their doctors across five hospitals will take part.
