Summary

This study tested whether resveratrol, a natural substance found in grapes and red wine, can reduce pain in people with knee osteoarthritis. 142 adults with painful knee arthritis took either resveratrol or a placebo pill daily for three months. The main goal was to measure changes in knee pain using a simple 0-100 scale.
