Summary
This study tests an 8-week remote program for stroke survivors and their care partners who live together. The program uses positive psychology exercises to help couples cope better with the emotional challenges after a stroke. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, depression, and resilience in 400 couples. The goal is to improve emotional well-being and quality of life for both partners.
