New Triple-Drug cocktail targets tough bladder cancers

Summary
This early-phase trial is testing a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (tremelimumab and durvalumab) plus a targeted drug (belinostat) in people with advanced bladder cancer that has spread or cannot be removed surgically. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects. About 9 adults whose cancer has progressed after prior treatment, or who cannot take standard therapy, are participating.
