First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a protein drink after exercise helps stroke survivors build more muscle and strength than exercise alone. About 93 people who had a stroke at least 3 months ago will take part. They will do resistance training and receive either a protein supplement or a placebo drink to see which group gains more muscle and mobility.
