Protein plus exercise may help stroke survivors rebuild muscle

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a protein drink after exercise helps stroke survivors build more muscle and get stronger. About 93 people who had a stroke at least 3 months ago will take part. Half will get a protein supplement after their workouts, and the other half will get a placebo drink with the same calories.
