Summary

This study tests a remote monitoring system (app and medication reminders) for people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) starting a new oral or injectable treatment. About 123 adults will use the system or standard care for 12 months to see if it improves medication adherence, disease control, and reduces emergency visits. The goal is to help patients manage their condition better at home.
