First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining relaxation exercises with listening to a specific Quran chapter (Surah Ar-Rahman) can help people on kidney dialysis feel less anxious and sleep better. 76 adults with advanced kidney disease will be split into two groups: one gets the relaxation and Quran therapy, the other gets standard care with music. After 6 weeks, researchers will measure changes in anxiety, sleep quality, and vital signs like blood pressure and heart rate.
