Summary

This study tested whether a simple relaxation technique could help people with type 2 diabetes feel better. For six weeks, 88 participants either practiced guided muscle relaxation exercises or received no special intervention. Researchers measured changes in nerve pain, tiredness, and sleep quality to see if the relaxation routine made a difference.
