First seen Jun 03, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looked at 54 adults with infected, dead upper premolar teeth to see if a newer regenerative treatment works better than standard cleaning and shaping. The goal was to see which approach better resolves pain, infection, and bone healing. Participants were followed over time to check for symptom relief and signs of healing on X-rays.
