Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (pembrolizumab, olaparib, and temozolomide) in adults whose glioblastoma brain tumor has come back after prior treatment. The goal is to see if this mix can boost the immune system's attack on the tumor and slow or stop its growth. About 78 participants will receive the drugs before and after surgery, with researchers measuring immune activity in the tumor and how long people live without the cancer worsening.
