First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called RBS2418 in people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to standard treatments. The drug works by helping the body's immune system recognize and attack cancer cells. About 150 adults will receive either RBS2418 or a placebo alongside best supportive care to see if it slows cancer growth and improves survival.
