Summary
This study tests whether the drug rapamycin is safe for teenagers aged 12 to 17 with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), a condition that causes many polyps in the colon and raises cancer risk. Researchers will give two low doses of rapamycin to 25 participants and watch for side effects. They will also check if the drug reduces the number or size of polyps.
