Summary
This study reviews medical records of 42 people with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) who previously took the drug erlotinib. The goal is to see how quickly their disease progressed after stopping the drug. No new treatment is given; researchers simply look at past endoscopy reports and surgeries.
