Could a PET scan let doctors safely lower radiation for throat cancer?

Summary
This study is for people with HPV-related throat cancer. It uses a special PET scan during treatment to see if the cancer is responding well. If it is, doctors will give a lower dose of radiation. The goal is to see if this lower dose still works well and causes fewer side effects. About 120 adults will take part.
