NCT ID NCT06492759

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding high-dose radiation to standard immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) and chemotherapy can help people with a specific type of advanced breast cancer (PD-L1 positive, triple-negative) that has spread. About 29 participants will receive this combination to see if it slows cancer growth. The goal is to improve outcomes for a cancer that is often difficult to treat.
