New combo therapy targets aggressive tumors with promising drug and radiation

Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug tarlatamab to standard radiation is safe and effective for cancers that have a protein called DLL3. About 30 adults with cancers like melanoma, lung cancer, or glioblastoma will receive the combination. The goal is to find the best timing and dosing to control the disease.
