Summary
This study tested whether quitting cigarettes and e-cigarettes at the same time or one after the other is more effective. Nineteen adults who smoked and vaped received varenicline (a medication to reduce cravings) and counseling. Researchers measured abstinence and health markers at 12 weeks. The goal is to find the best strategy for dual users to quit both products.
