Summary
This study tests a new ultrasound-guided nerve block called Quadro-Iliac Plane Block to manage pain after lower back surgery. Researchers want to see if it reduces the need for strong painkillers (opioids) and improves recovery. The trial will involve 80 adults scheduled for elective lumbar spine surgery.
