Summary

This study looks at whether a new ultrasound-guided nerve block called the Quadro-Iliac Plane Block can help control pain after lower back surgery. Researchers will measure how much pain medicine patients need and how well they recover in the first two days. The study involves 80 adults scheduled for elective lumbar spine surgery.
