Summary
This study tested several new versions of a quadrivalent (four-strain) flu vaccine in 210 healthy adults aged 18 and older. The goal was to see if the vaccines were safe and how well they triggered the immune system to produce antibodies against influenza. Some formulas included an adjuvant (an ingredient to boost immune response) and different H3 antigens. The study is complete and provides early safety and immune data.
