Summary
This study tested several versions of a flu vaccine to see if they are safe and how well they boost the immune system. 210 healthy adults (ages 18-30 and 50+) received different vaccine recipes, some with an added ingredient to strengthen the immune response. The goal was to find the best formulation for future flu protection.
