Summary
This study tests whether adding Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills to standard drug therapy helps people with severe pulmonary hypertension. About 120 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination or standard therapy alone for 52 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in walking distance, quality of life, and breathlessness to see if the added pill offers extra benefits.
