Summary
This study aims to understand how non-vegetarian Americans use beans, peas, and lentils (called pulses) when building meals. Researchers will track which foods participants pick first and how often they choose pulses. The study involves 76 healthy adults who cook at least three times a week and will complete computer tasks to simulate meal choices.
