Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (pucotenlimab, lenvatinib, and irinotecan) in children aged 2-18 with advanced hepatoblastoma that has relapsed or not responded to prior therapy. The goal is to see if this new mix can slow or stop the cancer. About 24 children will take part, and researchers will monitor how long they live without the cancer growing.
