Summary

This study aims to understand how Prolonged Exposure therapy helps people with PTSD by measuring brain activity, body responses, and symptoms before, during, and after treatment. 50 adults with PTSD will receive 10 therapy sessions and be assessed at multiple points. The goal is to identify what predicts success and how the therapy creates change, which could improve future treatments.
