Summary

This study looks at how prolonged exposure therapy works for adults with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Researchers will track changes in the brain, body responses, and symptoms before, during, and after 10 therapy sessions. The goal is to find out what makes the therapy effective, which could lead to better treatments in the future. About 50 participants will be involved.
