First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether group therapy using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) can reduce PTSD symptoms in veterans and their family members. About 100 participants will attend group sessions and have their symptoms checked before, right after, and up to a year later. The goal is to see if these therapies provide lasting relief.
