Summary
This study tests a handheld device that sends gentle electrical pulses to the vagus nerve in the neck, which helps control stress. About 40 adults with PTSD will use the device at home daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will track symptom changes and safety to see if this approach can ease PTSD.
