Summary
This study looks at how weight loss (using tirzepatide) and a biologic drug (ixekizumab) change the skin, joint, and fat tissues in people with psoriatic arthritis who are overweight or obese. About 45 adults will take one or both treatments for 12 weeks, with tissue and blood samples collected to track molecular changes. The goal is to understand how these treatments work, not to test if they cure the disease.
