New scan could unlock targeted therapy for aggressive brain tumors
NCT ID NCT07428213
First seen Feb 26, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study is for adults with recurrent meningiomas that have not responded to surgery or radiation. Researchers will use a special PET scan to see if these tumors have a marker called PSMA. If enough tumors show this marker, it could lead to a new targeted radiation therapy for people who have run out of options.
