Summary

This study tests whether psilocybin or ketamine, given alongside therapy, can help people with moderate to severe alcohol use disorder drink less. Eighty adults who have at least 4 heavy drinking days per month will receive either psilocybin or ketamine in a double-blind setup. Researchers will track daily alcohol use and brain changes to see which treatment works better.
