Summary
This study looks at how psilocybin (a psychedelic drug) changes brain activity related to motivation and self-control in people with opioid use disorder. Researchers will use brain scans (fMRI) to compare low and high doses in 24 adults aged 18-60. The goal is to understand brain mechanisms, not to test psilocybin as a treatment.
