New trial aims to Fine-Tune prostate cancer treatment timing

Summary
This study looks at whether giving radiation alone or with hormone therapy works better for men whose prostate cancer has returned and spread. It also tests if adding pelvic radiation helps stop further spread. About 532 men with recurrent, hormone-sensitive prostate cancer will take part.
