First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study is for men with advanced, hormone-resistant prostate cancer that has spread. It tests whether giving the targeted radiation drug lutetium-177 PSMA less often, based on how the cancer responds, can improve quality of life without shortening survival. About 1,500 participants will be randomly assigned to either the standard fixed schedule or an adaptive schedule where treatment is paused until signs of disease activity return.
