Summary
This study looks at why some prostate cancers become resistant to a treatment called 177Lu-PSMA, which delivers radiation directly to cancer cells. Researchers will take small tissue samples (biopsies) from tumors in 30 men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread. The goal is to find genetic changes that help the cancer survive, so doctors can plan better treatments in the future.
