Summary

This study looks at whether taking probiotics, doing physical activity, or both can change body composition (like muscle mass) in healthy women. About 120 female university students who don't currently exercise will be split into four groups: probiotics with exercise, probiotics alone, placebo with exercise, or placebo alone. The study lasts 6 weeks and measures muscle mass, strength, and endurance.
