Summary

This study looked at two ways to help bone heal after a tooth is pulled, before placing a dental implant. Thirty adults received either a special platelet-rich plasma (PRGF) or a cow bone graft. The goal was to see which method better preserved bone shape and promoted new bone growth over 4 months.
