New program aims to prevent arm swelling in breast cancer patients

Summary
This study tests if a special program can prevent lymphedema (arm swelling) in women having lymph node removal for breast cancer. About 285 women will be followed for at least a year to see if the program reduces swelling and improves quality of life. The goal is to find a better way to manage this common side effect.
