NCT ID NCT05211518
First seen Mar 15, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week dietary program called Tasty & Healthy could lower signs of gut inflammation in 29 healthy first-degree relatives of people with Crohn's disease. Participants were at higher risk based on genetic and biological markers. The main goal was to see if the diet could reduce fecal calprotectin, a marker of intestinal inflammation, and lower their overall risk score for developing Crohn's.
