Study aims to perfect Post-Birth care for moms at risk of dangerous blood clots
NCT ID NCT07342127
Summary
This study looks at how long women with a specific genetic risk factor should take blood thinners after giving birth to prevent dangerous clots. It will compare a shorter treatment (under 2 weeks) to a longer one (6 weeks) to see which is better at preventing clots and has fewer side effects. The goal is to gather real-world data to help doctors make clearer recommendations for these patients.
