Summary
This study looks at when to start physical therapy after a stroke caused by a blocked artery. The goal is to see if waiting until day 3 is safer and helps recovery better than starting earlier. About 50 adults with persistent artery blockages will take part. The findings may guide future care to reduce long-term disabilities.
