NCT ID NCT07579039
First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding kinesiotaping (a special tape) to prenatal stretching exercises can reduce low back pain, improve movement, and enhance quality of life in pregnant women. About 34 women between 20-34 weeks of pregnancy and aged 18-35 will take part. Participants will be split into two groups: one doing stretching alone, the other doing stretching plus taping. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to help moms-to-be feel better.
