First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether a program of exercise, nutrition advice, and geriatric care before surgery can help adults aged 65+ with breast cancer maintain physical function and reduce complications. About 90 participants will follow the 8-week program, and researchers will track changes in strength, recovery, and quality of life. The goal is to find out who benefits most and why.
