Summary
This study looked at how much vitamin D pregnant women at risk of deficiency need to reach healthy levels. 105 women in early pregnancy were given either 20 or 40 micrograms of vitamin D daily, or followed usual care. The goal was to see which dose works best and to track changes in vitamin D levels over the pregnancy.
