Summary
This study looked at how much vitamin D pregnant women need to reach healthy levels. 105 women at risk of deficiency took either 20 or 40 micrograms of vitamin D daily throughout pregnancy. Researchers measured their vitamin D levels and other health markers to see which dose worked best.
