Doctors test tool to predict heartburn risk after stomach surgery

Summary
This study aims to predict which patients will develop acid reflux after sleeve gastrectomy weight loss surgery. Researchers will use a special measurement tool during an endoscopy procedure before surgery to take measurements. They'll follow patients for up to 5 years to see if these measurements can predict who develops reflux problems after their operation.
